CPA Authorization Renewal Form

The Board of Accountancy requests that you use either Google Chrome or Internet Explorer as your browser when completing this form. Number and date fields do not populate properly with other browsers.

The renewal process for CPA Authorization to Perform Attest and/or Compilation Services begins every year on May 1st.

Online renewal fee is $85.00

If submitted after June 30th, you must include a $50.00 late fee.

For those individuals who are enrolled in the West Virginia Society of CPAs' peer review program, there is no need to provide additional documentation unless requested by the Board.

All out-of-state CPAs must provide documentation that the authorization holder is currently enrolled in another state's peer review program. Your renewal will not be processed until peer review documentation is uploaded and received.
