Jo Ann Walker, former Executive Director of the Board of Accountancy, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018.  She served the Board of Accountancy from August 1973 through her retirement on June 30, 2014 and was a much beloved and well-respected leader in the Certified Public Accountant community.

The family contacted the Board office with the following funeral arrangements:  The viewing and visitation will be Saturday evening, July 7, 2018,  between 6 and 8 pm at Snodgrass Funeral Home, 4122 MacCorkle Avenue, South Charleston, WV.  The funeral will be Sunday, July 8, 2018 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 622 Kanawha Boulevard, Charleston, WV.  As of right now, the exact time of the funeral has not been announced.  I will keep everyone posted as I receive the information.
