Application for Activation of CPA License

Important! Please Note:

By Rule effective July 1, 2016 and after, one must report 40 hours of CPE credit secured within the two previous calendar years and the portion of the year for which the Application for Activation of CPA License is being filed to be eligible to activate an inactive Certificate of Certified Public Accountant. Four hours MUST be in the subject of Ethics.

3. License number (including the leading WV00) (if you are unsure about your license number, you may look up your information on the online verification system. https://www.boa.wv.gov/verifications/index.asp
4. Your e-mail address of record (if you are unsure, please contact the Board office)

You may enter all of the hours at one sitting or one-course-at-a-time as you earn them.

Please note that your Application for Activation of License cannot be processed until you have met the CPE requirement.
