Governor Justice appoints new Board member
7/11/2019 Today, Governor Justice appointed Harold B. Davis, CPA to serve on the West Virginia Board of Accountancy. Harold has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since Febuary 1989 and comes to the Board from Lenore, WV. He was previously appointed by Governor Joe Manchin in December 2008 and was reappointed in November 2011. He served as Board President from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. Welcome back, Harold!The Governor also reappointed Robin M. Baylous, CPA, Richard A. Riley, CPA and Jean A. Bailey, Public Member for three-year terms ending June 30, 2022.
